1996 40c+5c Health Stamp, self-adhesive, withdrawn design featuring the Teddy Bear, mint never hinged – no thins, tears or bends.

A small number of this withdrawn design were sold over the counter at post offices in Auckland and Rotorua. The peel-and-stick version is much rarer than the sheet version.
