1916 1d deep scarlet-red [aniline] KGV Head (shade = G17½), with Tasmanian Government T-perfin. Used on a cover from Hobart 31 JAN 1916 to Trooper Brown, Kempton. The envelope has been roughly opened at the back and the stamp is sound.
