1913 ½d green Kangaroo, 1st watermark, a separated part sheet of 49 stamps from the lower right pane (= plate 2, right pane), from an early printing.
The top block of 30 = 2R1 to 2R30 (the 2R30 stamp is damaged, the ‘bite out of Kangaroo’s tail’ variety hasn’t developed yet)
Irregular block of 10 = 2R31 to 2R36 + 2R39 to 2R42 (creased across the top row, the ‘notches in right frame’ variety hasn’t developed yet)
Irregular block of 7 = 2R46 to 2R48 + 2R52 to 2R54 (includes the ‘excess colour in SE corner’ variety at 2R48)
South-west corner pair = 2R59 + 2R60
mint never hinged – the gum has some mild overall discolouration, but otherwise a sound and rare surviving partial sheet.
